Reservation Policy

A credit card deposit is required at the time of the party booking. A fee equivalent to the minimum number of participants and the accompanying charge per person will be placed on the credit card. Parties can be cancelled within two weeks of the scheduled date of the party otherwise the minimum fee will be charged regardless of the cancellation time. Each participant under the age of 18 must bring a signed waiver with them if they are expecting to participate in the paintball activity. Upon receipt of a reservation, Paintball Madness will send the party planner a confirmation with the requisite number of waivers.
